About the Role:
AC Hardware Sea Bright LLC is looking for a motivated and experienced Retail Manager to lead our team in Sea Bright, NJ. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a community-focused hardware store and make a real impact on both the customer experience and day-to-day operations. Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations including opening and closing procedures
• Lead, schedule, and develop a team of retail associates
• Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships to ensure product availability
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve escalated customer issues
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet revenue goals
• Maintain store appearance, merchandising standards, and loss prevention protocols
• Handle cash management, POS systems, and daily reporting

Requirements:

• 2+ years of retail management or supervisory experience
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a team
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Experience with inventory management and retail POS systems
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Hardware, home improvement, or specialty retail experience is a plus
• Highly organized, dependable, and solutions-oriented mindset
