Our team is upbeat, enthusiastic, and fueled by a love for what we do—and we’re looking for a Retail Team Leader to help keep the magic flowing. Responsibilities:

• Create and manage retail staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during all operating hours.
• Oversee retail staff performance, provide guidance, and conduct performance evaluations.
• Address staff issues or conflicts promptly and effectively, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, policies, and goals.
• Respond to customer emails and phone calls professionally and promptly.
• Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and quality service.
• Coordinate all events outside the bakery, ensuring seamless execution.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety standards.
• Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Enhance operational efficiencies by refining workflows and processes.
• Jump in and assist in any areas as needed, based on tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Over 5 years of experience in the food industry and/or retail management and leadership.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building and maintaining positive relationships.
• Demonstrates excellent communication skills, effectively conveying information and ideas.
• Maintains a positive, can-do attitude and fosters collaboration and productivity.
• Exhibits meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all tasks.
• Highly flexible and adaptable, able to manage changing priorities and environments.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and organize workflows for maximum efficiency.
• Skilled in problem analysis and resolution, addressing issues proactively.
• Proficient in Google Docs, Microsoft Word, Excel, and ADP or similar payroll/time tracking programs.
• An understanding of veganism.

Schedule:

• Tuesday-Saturday
• Must be able to work varying shifts as needed.
