Responsibilities

WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A CANYON RANCH COLLEAGUE:

  • Oversee all retail operations across multiple outlets, including product purchasing, inventory management, sales performance, budgeting, and overall store profitability.
  • Lead, coach, and develop retail team members through hiring, training, scheduling, performance management, and ongoing support to ensure exceptional guest service.
  • Create and maintain engaging retail environments by overseeing merchandising, product displays, promotional campaigns, and visual presentation standards.
  • Partner with vendors to coordinate special events, product launches, promotions, and educational opportunities that enhance the guest experience and drive sales.
  • Develop and deliver retail sales training for colleagues across departments, helping teams build product knowledge, increase retail engagement, and achieve sales goals.
  • Monitor retail performance metrics, track sales results and commission programs, and collaborate with department leaders to implement strategies that maximize revenue and support business objectives.

Qualifications

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

  • Bring 3–5 years of experience in retail, hospitality, wellness, or a related customer-focused environment, with a strong understanding of sales and retail operations.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage changing priorities and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, vendors, and guests while supporting team success.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and comfortable learning new systems and processes.
  • Show initiative and accountability by working independently with minimal supervision while consistently following established policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Maintain a flexible schedule and the ability to perform the physical requirements of the role, including standing for extended periods, moving throughout the property, and lifting up to 30 pounds as needed.
