Up to $100K+ annually | Performance-based commission pay structure

Diagnose and repair residential electrical systems
Install wiring, panels, outlets, switches, lighting, generators, and related equipment
Troubleshoot electrical issues safely and efficiently
Perform electrical inspections and recommend solutions
Communicate professionally with homeowners
Maintain accurate service documentation
Follow electrical codes and company safety standards
3+ years of residential electrical experience
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Professional appearance and strong customer service skills
Able to pass a background check and drug screening
Dependable, coachable, and accountable
