GENERAL MANAGER – OPERATIONS
Location: Doral, FL | Salary: $120,000 average
We are seeking a hands-on General Manager – Operations to lead our Miami operation and drive warehouse, transportation, logistics, customer service, and operational performance.
The ideal candidate is a visible operational leader who can lead from the warehouse floor, develop managers and employees, establish KPIs, improve processes, and build a high-performing operation .
