OpenTrain AI is recruiting a Commercial Real Estate Litigation Attorney for a project focused on modeling and evaluating multi-turn commercial real estate disputes. You will produce authentic litigation work product, assess legal responses, and maintain continuity in case theory as disputes develop across multiple engagement turns.
This role is designed for a practicing or formerly practicing US attorney with substantial litigation experience. You will work under senior direction and use your legal knowledge to create high-quality drafts and evaluation criteria.
You will mirror the workflow of submitting litigation drafts for partner review while adapting your work to an evolving, multi-turn dispute. Each contribution should reflect strong legal analysis, an appropriate legal register, and continuity across the case.
Applicants must bring substantial US litigation experience and a demonstrated commercial real estate litigation background. The project requires the ability to draft complex legal documents under direction and communicate nuanced analysis in exemplary written English.
