What You'll Do As an Account Executive/Marketer, you serve as a key representative of our agency within the healthcare community. Your responsibilities include: relationship building & outreach; meet regularly with physicians, hospitals, discharge planners, social workers, senior ministries, and other healthcare professionals; promote awareness of our services and Medicare home health guidelines; conduct community education and public speaking engagements; program development & quality support; research, design, and implement new programs to enhance service quality; address concerns from clients, families, and healthcare partners; monitor quality assurance issues and communicate updates; planning & reporting; submit weekly community education pre‑plans; provide quarterly action plans and prospect lists; maintain budget awareness and obtain approval for overages; serve on at least two agency committees annually; team support; assist with new hire orientation; support office operations when needed. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, educating the community, and representing a mission‑driven organization. Qualifications Degree in marketing, health, or related field, OR licensure as a medical professional. Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare marketing, public relations, or clinical practice. Strong communication skills with families, patients, physicians, and healthcare facilities. Professional, friendly demeanor. Excellent verbal/written communication, organization, and time‑management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
